A short message to let you know that SU QLD have updated their media consent forms! The revised wording in these forms will allow us to share our videos, images and story content with other SU movements across the nation, rather than limiting it to strictly Queensland audiences.
Please remember, these permission forms must be filled out any time you are publicly sharing images, photos or story content of children or young people for promotional purposes.
Available for you to download, are Adult, Child and School Permission Forms. You’ll be able to access these new consent forms under the “Marketing tab” on the Chappy Resources home page. Simply search “Media Permission Forms” in the search bar, and the link should appear on your screen.
