If you or your chaplain are asked to sign SU Australia’s newly-branded Media Permission forms, then look no further!
The INDIVIDUAL form will need to be signed by the parent/guardian of a child under the age of 18 if they have given consent to appear in SU Australia newsletters, magazines, appeals or other external documents.
The SCHOOL form will need to be signed by the Principal / Deputy of a school if they have given consent for their school to be publicised through SU Australia newsletters, magazines, appeals or other extral documents.
