How to use these templates.
- Follow the prompts to create a free Canva account / or login to your Canva account and edit the design.
Editing Artwork:
- Edit the template as you see fit, adding in written content or uploading and inserting images into the placeholders provided.
Please use photo’s that work well with the accompanying text and layout.
- If any elements are locked please leave them in place but you may change the colour, please stay within the brand colour pallet. However, if you need to unlock an element, click on the lock icon (top right).
Exporting Artwork:
- Start by clicking the “Share” button in the top right.
- Click “Download” and Under “File Type” select the format you wish to download. (We recommend “PDF Print” for printing and PNG for images)
- To export without instructions, unselect Page 1 in “Select Pages” option.
- Then click “Download”.
Please Note: For professional printing make sure “Crop marks and bleed” is checked.
Skip this step if you are printing at home or in the office.
All uses of our brand must be submitted for approval before publication.
