Revised finance forms

In an effort to streamline finance processes for LCC’s, we have reviewed the forms required for finance transactions. As a result, the number of forms used for day to day transactions has been reduced – to four. These four new forms can be found on the OurChaplaincy website.

These forms are: Wellers SS_IMG_1201

  1. Payment Request
  2. Request for Tax Invoice
  3. Internal Funds Transfer
  4. Travel claim

One of the main changes is the inclusion of the Project ID which is the 5 digit code that relates to your School/LCC.

All old forms will be phased out and from the 1st July, 2015 the only forms which should be used are those listed above.  Please delete any existing forms which have been saved to computers or printed for reuse.

We are currently investigating a process to make these forms available for use online and we will keep you informed of our progress.
